We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Orthodontic Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication abilities. 

Responsibilities:

• Chairside assisting including banding, bonding, wire changes, changing ties and powerchains, etc
• Perform 3D scans using the iTero scanner.
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following dental treatment procedures

Qualifications:

• Current CA Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Orthodontic Assistant (OA) license.
• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, terminology, and instruments.
• Strong understanding of infection control standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage medical records accurately and efficiently.
