We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication abilities. 

This is a full-time position:

Monday - Friday | 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans in a clear, confident, and engaging way
• Guide patients through the consultation process from start to finish
• Discuss fees, insurance, and financing options
• Help convert consultations into accepted treatment
• Coordinate scheduling for treatment starts and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate closely with the orthodontist and clinical team
• Follow up with pending patients to increase case acceptance

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or treatment coordination
• Dental or orthodontic experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing pricing and financing options
• Confident, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with dental/orthodontic software is a plus
