Regional Manager

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee and support multiple dental offices within our network. This role is key to ensuring alignment across sites, driving performance, and fostering a strong, patient-centered culture. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with experience managing multi-site healthcare operations, strong business acumen, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Office Managers in the region to ensure day-to-day operations of the offices are optimizing office efficiency
  • Assess staff performance and conduct employee reviews along with annual performance reviews for all established employees, along with participating in annual reviews for existing employees and in conjunction with the OM for all office staff.
  • Coach and mentor practice managers for growth and development.
  • Oversees training of new employees and review training for established employees as needed.
  • Define clear roles, expectations, and performance metrics for team members.
  • Assist OM in Handle any staff disciplinary concerns and handle all disciplinary concerns with the Office Managers.
  • Review all financial reports on a daily basis from each practice to check for irregularities and ensure they are accurate
  • Assist OM’s with Process End-Of-Month and End-Of-Year reports as needed.
  • Ensure that the Practices remains fully compliant with HIPPA, OSHA, WISP and other regulatory requirements and that all team members receive their annual certification.
  • Excellent project management, strategic planning, and team leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple sites.
  • Maintain familiarity with dental practices and specialized services like Orthodontics and Oral Surgery, including equipment requirements, patient workflows, and staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of multi-site operational management experience in dental settings. 
  • Strong project management, strategic planning, and team leadership skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing dental practices.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a hands-on approach to challenges
