Treatment Coordinator / Patient Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated Treatment Coordinator / Patient Coordinator to join our team. This combined role is an important part of the patient experience, supporting both front-office operations and patients as they move through the treatment process.The ideal candidate is personable, organized, comfortable discussing treatment and financial options with patients, and able to provide an exceptional experience from the initial phone call through treatment acceptance and scheduling.

- Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Qualifications and Skills
- Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred.
- Treatment Coordinator experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable discussing treatment costs, financial obligations, and payment options with patients.
- Strong customer service and patient relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Experience with dental practice management software is a plus.
Responsibilities Include
- Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling needs.
- Manage patient appointments and maintain an efficient schedule.
- Coordinate new patient appointments and follow-up communication.
- Present and explain recommended treatment plans to patients.
- Educate patients on treatment options and help them understand the value of recommended care.
- Discuss treatment costs, insurance benefits, patient financial obligations, and available payment options.
- Assist patients with financial arrangements and payment plans.
- Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment and help support case acceptance.
- Schedule treatment and necessary follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient information and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical team members to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Assist with patient retention and practice growth initiatives.
- Support additional front-office and administrative responsibilities as needed.
