We are looking for a motivated and skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team.
The Registered Dental Assistant will support the orthodontist in delivering high-quality patient care by assisting with various clinical procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a sterile and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the orthodontist during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Take and develop x-rays as directed by the orthodontist.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Order and manage dental supplies, ensuring that the office remains well-stocked and organized.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support administrative duties as needed, including answering phones, greeting patients, and processing payments.
- Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient flow and the overall patient experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred.
- Valid RDA license and certification in CPR and other relevant dental certifications as required by law.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient care protocols.
- Proficient in taking digital radiographs and familiar with dental software systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
