Precision Orthodontics/Cali Kids Dental in Antelope is growing again and looking for a rockstar Patient Coordinator to join our team. Schedule

• This position is Full-Time
• Monday-Friday 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities Include

• Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office. 
• Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations. 
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have prior dental front office experience (orthodontics a plus!)
• Feel confident on the phones and can easily connect with patients
• Loves to learn and can adapt quickly
• Strong understanding of scheduling, insurance basics, and patient flow
• Thrives in a team-focused culture
