Precision Orthodontics/Cali Kids Dental in Antelope is continuing to grow and we are currently looking for an enthusiastic front office team member. 

No dental experience? No problem! What we’re really after is an individual that has the desire to join the dental industry. If you're a fast learner with a passion for people and love making someone's day over the phone and in person, we want to hear from you. 

Schedule

• This position is Full-Time
• Monday-Friday 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities Include

• Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office. 
• Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations. 
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills with strong experience in customer service.
• Compassionate, caring and committed to providing exceptional patient care.
• Excellent computer skills.  
• Highly enthusiastic and supportive team player with a friendly and positive attitude. 
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and proficient time management skills. 
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently as well as part of a team

• A cheerful attitude and a genuine smile are a must!
• Bilingual in Spanish.
