Schedule

• This position is Full-Time
• Monday-Friday 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities Include

• Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office. 
• Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations. 
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Support marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Patient Coordinator or similar role in a dental or orthodontic practice. 
• In-depth knowledge of dental terminology, orthodontic procedures, treatment plan coordination, and insurance protocols. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively address patient inquiries and concerns. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Proficient computer skills and experience with dental practice management software. 
• Exceptional organization and multitasking skills. 
• Demonstrated professional demeanor and ability to work effectively within a team. 
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
