Treatment Coordinator
Precision Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our team! This role will be instrumental in guiding patients through their orthodontic treatment journey, ensuring a thorough comprehension of their orthodontic requirements and a well-defined strategy for attaining their desired results.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking orthodontic treatment, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from their initial consultation to the completion of their treatment.
- Effectively communicate treatment options, procedures, and expected outcomes to patients, answering any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with the orthodontist to present treatment plans and financial options to patients, ensuring they fully understand the investment required and possible payment arrangements.
- Assist patients in navigating insurance coverage and claims, promoting financial transparency and patient advocacy.
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments, collaborating with the front desk team to maintain an organized and efficient appointment schedule.
- Facilitate communication between the orthodontist, staff, and patients, ensuring everyone is updated on treatment progress, follow-up appointments, and any necessary adjustments.
- Regularly follow up with patients to address post-treatment concerns and maintain long-term relationships, fostering a sense of trust and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of orthodontic products, techniques, and advancements to provide up-to-date and accurate information to patients.
- Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction, seeking feedback and implementing suggestions to enhance the overall patient experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively connect and build rapport with patients of all backgrounds.
- Demonstrated sales experience
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with orthodontic software and Google and MS Office Suites.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cohesive team.
- Compassionate and empathetic personality with a desire to provide exceptional patient care.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to challenges that may arise.
- Understanding of dental insurance and financing options, with the ability to explain and navigate these aspects to
